We’re currently seeking a production manager to join our apparel & production team, reporting directly to the operations director.
Purpose of the Role
To plan and oversee the product development and production processes, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products, while optimizing costs and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
○ Manage and maintain the seasonal range plan.
○ Create and monitor detailed sample and production timelines.
○ Place and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers.
○ Negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, volume discounts, and currency deals.
○ Ensure strong quality control throughout the production process.
○ Guard production deadlines and troubleshoot any delays.
○ Improve and streamline production workflows and systems for greater efficiency.
About You
○ You bring at least 3 years of experience in fashion production.
○ You’re a medior-level professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively.
○ You have strong negotiation and communication skills.
○ You are organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
○ You are available 4 days per week.
