This page states the terms and conditions under which you use theneworiginals.eu website. When you place an order with us at our webshop theneworiginals.eu., you are making an offer to buy goods.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this via email. We will notify by email immediately of any cancellation.

Availability

We will ensure that the webshop does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.

Customs Policy

Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

Please note that: If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.

Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Privacy

All the information you provide to The New Originals is strictly private and confidential. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Return Policy

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please contact us via support@theneworiginals.eu. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for orders placed outside the EU.

Faulty Items

We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure.

Sales

Items purchased during sale can be returned within the given return period. When the right of cancellation surpasses, you will receive store credit.

Due to the high volume of orders that we experience during sales, it can happen that something is out of stock. When this is the case, customers will be refunded for the missing item.

Due to our automated system, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Shipping

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased on the website are valid for 2 years. They can be used both online and in store. Cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
