Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Passionate about fashion, music, and/or culture.

  • Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Prior sales experience is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and sharing information about our brand. Assist customers with purchases, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Upsell through recommendations.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized at all times.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.

Payment Processing: Process payments, including cash, debit/credit cards, and store credit.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
