1. RETURN

Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 20 days of delivery. Feel free to open the parcel and inspect the contents. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will promptly process the refund.

To facilitate the return or exchange process, you can scan the QR code on the packing list or visit the-new-originals.returnista.com. Once you’ve provided your order number and the email address used for the order, you can choose the item(s) for return or exchange.

⚠️ Manual review is required if you:

  • Received the wrong item

  • Received a damaged item

  • Would like to request a repair

2. SHIP

Returned orders must be in the original packaging of The New Originals and unused. Please remember to include the completed order form with your package.
Ensure that all items being returned are unused, unwashed, and still have all labels attached.


3. SHIPMENT RECEIVED

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will make every effort to process it promptly. Upon completion of the processing, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.


4. REFUND

The reimbursement will be processed using the payment method you selected during the registration of your return.
