Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped by DHL. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order online.

Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 20 days of delivery. Feel free to open the parcel and inspect the contents. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will promptly process the refund.

You can choose between two return options:

• Refund to original payment method – Your refund will be processed back to the payment method used at checkout.
• Refund to gift card – Choose this option and receive an extra €15 on top of your refund amount. The gift card can be used on any future order.

To facilitate the return or exchange process, you can scan the QR code on the packing list or visit the-new-originals.returnista.com. Once you’ve provided your order number and the email address used for the order, you can choose the item(s) for return or exchange.
