Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 20 days of delivery. Feel free to open the parcel and inspect the contents. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will promptly process the refund.
You can choose between two return options:
- Refund to original payment method – Your refund will be processed back to the payment method used at checkout.
- Refund to gift card – Choose this option and receive an extra €15 on top of your refund amount. The gift card can be used on any future order.
