Return Conditions

  1. Returns
    You can return unused items within 20 days of delivery. You are allowed to open the package and inspect the product.

To start a return or exchange, scan the QR code on your packing slip or go to the-new-originals.returnista.com. Enter your order number and email address, then select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

  1. Condition
    All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All labels and tags must still be attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  2. Processing
    Once your return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation by email once your return is completed.
  3. Refund
    Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return.

Additional information
Customs duties and import taxes for non EU countries are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
