Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped by DHL. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order online.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France: €6.95. On order values from €110 shipping costs are free.
The rest of Europe: €9.95

Currently our flagship store is closed, but available to pick up orders. Orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours.
1. Select the product that your interested in
2. Place the product in your basket
3. Go to your basket and proceed to check out
4. Choose ‘Pick up' right below ’Delivery method’
5. Do you see Zeedijk 59 under header ‘Pickup locations’? Then your order is available to be picked in-store.
If not, we advice you to place the order online so the order can be shipped to your address.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 20 days of having received it, this does not apply to items in the sale. All purchased sale items are final and not returnable. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, free totebag etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with together with the return form. When the totebag is not being returned, we will charge you the value of the bag.
We expect the customer research the measurements of the item before purchasing it.The shipment costs for returning a product is for the customers expense.
